Welcome to Panoramaresidenz Scheffau!

The Panoramaresidenz Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser was newly built a few years ago. The building features great views of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range. The gondola Scheffau is 400 metres away and easily reachable by foot in less than 5 minutes. The house is located at a small residential road immediately adjacent to the paddocks of the neighboring horse ranch.

The holiday apartments are equipped with modern wood-design tile floors, underfloor heating and comfortable residential ventilation systems. The furniture is high-quality and the design well-coordinated. All units offer fully equipped kitchens with dining dishes and kitchen utensils. Parking, WiFi with high-speed fiber internet, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Charging facility for e-cars is available. Dogs and cats are welcome.

Apartment with 1 bedroom (4-6 persons)

The spacious 2-room apartment with 2 balconies on the second floor offers space for 2 to a maximum of 6 people. The large living room has a modern integrated kitchen (among other things with dishwasher, dining and cooking utensils), corner bench and a high-quality sofa bed (lying surface 170x200cm, with slatted frame). In the bedroom there is a double bed and another double sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub and many shelves. In the anteroom there is a wardrobe. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Penthouse with 2 bedrooms (4-8 persons)

The luxurious 100-square-meter Panorama Penthouse apartment for 6 to 8 guests offers 2 bedrooms with double beds and an additional optional single bed in each. In the open living area with panoramic glazing is a high-quality sofa bed with 170x200cm lying surface and slatted frame. The modern integrated kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher as well as dining and cooking utensils. An open bar counter separates the kitchen from the living area, where there is a large extendable dining table. A huge roof terrace allows great views of the peaks of the Wilder Kaiser. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub and separate shower, double sink, toilet and bidet. In addition, there is an extra toilet in the apartment. The apartment can be combined with the separately bookable studio apartment via a common anteroom. Bed linen and towels are provided.
